SDS1000X HD Series
A 12-bit oscilloscope with 100–200 MHz bandwidth, 2 GSa/s sampling and up to 100 Mpts memory — on a large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen. Fast 120,000 wfm/s capture, broad serial decode and optional 16-channel MSO make it a powerful mid-range bench tool.
Overview
The SDS1000X HD series pairs 12-bit high-resolution acquisition with a large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen. Built on a 2 GSa/s, 12-bit ADC with a 70 µVrms noise floor, it resolves fine signal detail that ordinary 8-bit scopes miss.
Available in 100 and 200 MHz bandwidths and 2- or 4-channel versions, it combines deep memory (up to 100 Mpts) with Siglent's SPO technology for a fast 120,000 wfm/s capture rate, so rare and intermittent events are easy to catch.
A complete trigger suite, broad serial decode — I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN plus CAN FD and FlexRay — History and Sequence acquisition, Mask test, Bode plot, an optional Power Analysis suite and 50+ automatic measurements make it a genuinely capable mid-range scope.
Four models share the platform and differ only in bandwidth and channel count — from the SDS1102X HD (100 MHz, 2-ch) to the SDS1204X HD (200 MHz, 4-ch). Optional 16-channel MSO, a 25 MHz USB AWG and a Power Analysis option extend it further.
As the official Siglent distributor for Europe, we hold the SDS1000X HD in EU stock and back every unit with local warranty, optional ISO/DKD calibration and expert application support.

Core capabilities
12-bit HD acquisition
A 2 GSa/s, 12-bit ADC with a 70 µVrms noise floor and 0.5% DC gain accuracy, with up to 100 Mpts of memory and hardware zoom, lets you see the whole waveform and the fine detail at once — into 1 MΩ or a switchable 50 Ω input.
Catch & review rare events
Up to 120,000 wfm/s (500,000 in Sequence) with 256-level intensity grading, plus Sequence acquisition (up to 80,000 segments), History (80,000 frames) and Search/Navigate to find and replay the moment of interest.
Triggers, decode & analysis
A full digital trigger suite (Edge, Slope, Pulse, Window, Runt, Interval, Dropout, Pattern, Video, Qualified, Nth-edge, Delay, Setup/Hold and Serial), serial decode for I²C/SPI/UART/CAN/LIN plus CAN FD and FlexRay, 50+ measurements with statistics, 4 math traces with 2 Mpts FFT, Mask test and Bode plot.
Expandable bench tool
Add a 16-channel logic probe (SLA1016) for mixed-signal work, a 25 MHz USB arbitrary waveform generator (SAG1021I) and the Power Analysis option — and control it all from the built-in web server or over SCPI.

Efficient Power Analysis
The optional Power Analysis suite (SDS1000XHD-PA) automates power-quality, harmonics, inrush current, switching loss, slew rate, modulation, output ripple, turn-on/off, transient response, PSRR, SOA and efficiency measurements for switching-supply and power-device design.
16-channel Logic Analysis
Add the optional SLA1016 logic probe to turn the SDS1000X HD into a mixed-signal oscilloscope — 16 digital channels at up to 1 GSa/s with 10 Mpts depth, acquired, triggered and decoded alongside the analog channels.

Hardware-accelerated FFT
A hardware FFT runs up to 2 Mpts with a fast refresh rate and multiple window functions, with Normal / Average / Max-hold modes, auto-peak detection and markers — backed by 4 math traces and a formula editor.

Frequently asked questions
Choosing and using the Siglent SDS1000X HD.
What is the difference between the four SDS1000X HD models?
They differ only in bandwidth (100 or 200 MHz) and channel count (2 or 4 + EXT). All four share the 12-bit ADC, 2 GSa/s sampling, 100 Mpts memory and the 10.1-inch touchscreen.
How is the SDS1000X HD different from the SDS800X HD?
Both are 12-bit, 2 GSa/s scopes. The SDS1000X HD adds a larger 10.1-inch screen, an EXT trigger input, a selectable 50 Ω input, CAN FD and FlexRay decode, and 100 Mpts memory across all models, making it the step-up mid-range choice.
Can I add logic channels (MSO) and a waveform generator?
Yes. An optional SLA1016 16-channel logic probe turns it into a mixed-signal oscilloscope, the SAG1021I USB module adds a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and a Power Analysis software option (SDS1000XHD-PA) is available.
How do I control it remotely?
Every model includes a built-in web server, so you can view and operate the scope from a browser over LAN with nothing to install. A full SCPI command set over USB and LAN, plus external mouse and keyboard support, are also provided.
