• Free shipping within the EU on all orders exceeding €200.
• Discounts may be available on request in some cases — for example on larger orders, projects or for education. Contact us for a quote.
• Orders placed before 15:00 (CET/CEST) with all items in stock are shipped the same day.

• EU companies can avoid VAT by providing a valid EU VAT number during checkout (company field).

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Upon notification, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received (as new);
• In their original, undamaged packaging (or equivalent protective packaging);
• Complete, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.

Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping with adequate insurance.

Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund or deduct costs if the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or if the return is not received within 14 days after notification. Custom-ordered or specially configured items may be subject to additional restocking fees where permitted by law.

All Siglent products purchased from Siglent.eu™ are covered by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, provided they were acquired through official Siglent distribution channels.

Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us first at sales@siglent.eu or info@siglent.eu with a clear description of the issue. Our technical team, in cooperation with Siglent engineers, will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate solution (repair, replacement or spare parts).

• Shipping of approved spare parts to the customer is free of charge.
• For full unit returns under warranty, the customer is responsible for safe return shipping to us using a reliable, trackable method. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.
• We aim to process warranty returns within 14 working days of receipt, subject to technical evaluation and parts availability.

Products purchased outside official channels may not qualify for warranty support or may incur repair/replacement charges.

All products offered on Siglent.eu are already imported into the EU and are shipped from the Netherlands. Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT; VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable EU rules.

We strive to ship all in-stock orders the same day when placed before 15:00.
