Siglent Spectrum Analyzers
From 2.1 GHz general-purpose analyzers to 26.5 GHz performance and real-time models — plus rugged handhelds. Low −165 dBm/Hz noise floor, tracking generators, real-time and VNA options, and full web control.
Find your spectrum analyzer
Siglent's SSA and SHA analyzers cover everything from teaching and general RF work to EMC pre-compliance, wireless development and field service. Swept models give you a low noise floor and a built-in tracking generator; real-time models capture transient and intermittent signals; and several add VNA S-parameter measurement. Benchtop spectrum analyzers
Swept, real-time and performance analyzers for the lab and production line.

Handheld analyzers
Portable, battery-powered spectrum & signal analyzers for the field, with optional VNA.
SSA5000A — performance, real-time & modulation analysis
The SSA5000A reaches 26.5 GHz with a −165 dBm/Hz noise floor and a large 12.1-inch touchscreen. With the optional real-time bandwidth and advanced measurement suite, it moves from a classic swept analyzer to a full real-time and modulation-analysis instrument for demanding RF and microwave work.

Real-time spectrum analysis
Real-time models continuously digitise and FFT the input to catch transient, intermittent and frequency-hopping signals that swept analyzers miss — with density and spectrogram displays and a high probability of intercept. Standard on the SSA3000X-R; optional on the SSA5000A and SHA850A.

Modulation analysis
Built-in AM / FM / PM and ASK / FSK demodulation across the range, with advanced analog and digital modulation analysis on higher models — measure modulation depth, deviation, error and quality to characterise transmitters and wireless links.

Frequently asked questions
Choosing a Siglent spectrum or signal analyzer.
What is the difference between a swept and a real-time spectrum analyzer?
A swept analyzer sweeps a tuned filter across the span, so it can miss brief or intermittent signals between sweeps. A real-time analyzer (RTSA) continuously digitises and FFTs the input, capturing transient and hopping signals with a very high probability of intercept, and shows density and spectrogram views. The SSA3000X-R is real-time; the SSA5000A and SHA850A offer real-time options.
Which Siglent spectrum analyzer should I choose?
Match frequency range and use case. For general RF and education up to 7.5 GHz, the SSA3000X or SSA3000X Plus; for transient capture and VNA, the SSA3000X-R; for performance up to 26.5 GHz, the SSA5000A; and for field service, the handheld SHA850A or SHA860A.
What is DANL and why does it matter?
DANL (Displayed Average Noise Level) is the analyzer's own noise floor. A lower DANL lets you measure weaker signals and smaller spurs. Siglent analyzers reach down to about −165 dBm/Hz, which is excellent for spurious, phase-noise and EMI measurements.
Do they include a tracking generator or VNA?
The SSA3000X and SSA3000X Plus include a tracking generator for scalar network measurements (filters, amplifiers, cables). The SSA3000X-R and the handheld SHA series add optional vector network analysis (S11/S21) for impedance and return-loss measurements.
Can I control and automate them remotely?
Yes. Current Siglent analyzers include a built-in web server and a full SCPI command set over LAN and USB, plus mouse and keyboard support — so you can view the screen in a browser and integrate the analyzer into automated test systems.
Are they available with warranty and calibration in Europe?
Yes. As the official Siglent distributor for Europe (JRSE B.V., Helmond) we ship from EU stock with a 3-year warranty and optional ISO / DKD calibration, backed by local application support.
Not sure which analyzer you need?
Tell us your frequency range, whether you need real-time or VNA, and benchtop vs handheld — we'll recommend the right Siglent series and quote it from EU stock.
