A flagship bench oscilloscope
The SDS6000A series is Siglent’s high-performance platform for demanding R&D, validation and education. Three models deliver 500 MHz, 1 GHz or 2 GHz of bandwidth, each with four channels sampling at 5 GSa/s (10 GSa/s ESR) and up to 500 Mpts of acquisition memory.
Beyond raw acquisition, it is a complete analysis instrument: a large 12.1" capacitive touch display, a 170,000 wfm/s capture rate (750,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode), 8 Mpts FFT, and a license-activated pro suite covering eye-diagram & jitter, power analysis, Bode plotting, SignalScan and extensive serial-bus decode. Add the SPL2016 logic probe for 4 analog + 16 digital mixed-signal work.

Bode plot & frequency-response analysis
A complete frequency-response analyser is built in: apply a swept stimulus and the SDS6000A plots gain and phase versus frequency directly on the 12.1″ screen — no PC and no separate vector network analyser required.

Eye diagram, jitter & deep memory
High-speed signal-integrity work is built in. The SDS6000Pro-EJ license adds on-instrument eye-diagram and jitter analysis, while 500 Mpts of memory captures long records without ever dropping the 5 GSa/s sample rate.
