SVA1000X
Six software licences that add capability to an SVA1000X you already own — distance-to-fault, EMI pre-compliance, advanced measurements and analog or digital modulation analysis — plus the calibration kit, near-field probes and case the field work needs. The licences activate with a key; the instrument never leaves your bench.

Software licenses
Activated with a software key on the instrument you already own — no hardware to fit.

Locates cable and antenna faults by distance, with return loss and VSWR from the same connection.

CISPR 16-1-1 filter bandwidths, a quasi-peak detector and limit lines for pre-compliance EMI work.

One-button channel power, ACPR, OBW, C/N, harmonics and TOI instead of manual marker work.

Constellation, eye, EVM and frequency error for ASK, FSK, PSK, MSK and QAM signals.

AM, FM and PM demodulation with depth, deviation, rate and SINAD on the recovered audio.

Enables S11/S21 network analysis on spectrum-only units — standard on current units, so check the serial first.
Related hardware & accessories
Physical items, not license keys — the normal 14-day EU return right applies to these.

Open, short and load N-male standards to 4.5 GHz — calibrates the VNA at the end of your own cable.

H-field and E-field probes, 300 kHz – 3 GHz, for locating emission hotspots on a board.

Adaptors, attenuator and cabling for the SSA/SVA — the BNC parts are specified only to about 2 GHz.

Padded soft carry case for taking the instrument, cables and probes to site.
Prices are per license and may exclude VAT; confirmed at checkout. Some options require a compatible firmware version or hardware (e.g. a logic probe for MSO) — see each product. Software licenses & activation keys are delivered electronically and are excluded from the 14-day EU return right once the key has been issued. Errors & omissions excepted.
