Handheld & all-in-one
Portable field VNAs and a combined spectrum-analyzer / VNA for the bench.
Benchtop vector network analyzers
Dedicated 2- and 4-port VNAs for the highest dynamic range and accuracy.

What you can measure
Full vector network analysis for components, cables, antennas and circuits.
Full S-parameters
Measure S11, S21, S12 and S22 — and full multi-port, differential and mixed-mode parameters on the 4-port models.
High dynamic range
Up to 135 dB dynamic range with very low trace noise (from 0.003 dB rms) for confident, repeatable measurements.
Time domain & TDR
Transform to the time domain for TDR/TDA, locate impedance discontinuities and gate out unwanted reflections.
Cable & antenna test
CAT and distance-to-fault on the handheld SHN900A and SVA1000X — built for installation and field service.
Calibration & ECal
SOLT and electronic calibration support for fast, accurate reference-plane correction at the DUT.
Remote & automation
LAN/USB programmable control for ATE and production, with large touch displays on the benchtop models.
Compare the range
Match the frequency range, port count and dynamic range to your application.

Frequently asked questions
Siglent vector network analyzers.
What's the difference between a VNA and a spectrum analyzer?
A VNA measures vector S-parameters (magnitude and phase) of a device under test using its own stimulus, while a spectrum analyzer measures the amplitude of signals over frequency. The SVA1000X combines both in one instrument; the SNA and SHN series are dedicated vector network analyzers.
Which series do I need for 4-port or differential measurements?
Choose a 4-port model from the SNA5000A or SNA6000A series for full multi-port, differential and mixed-mode S-parameters. The SHN900A and SNA5000X-E are 2-port analyzers.
What frequency ranges are available?
From 9 kHz (30 kHz on the handheld, 100 kHz on parts of the SNA6000A) up to 26.5 GHz: SVA1000X to 7.5 GHz, SNA5000X-E to 6.5 GHz, and the SHN900A, SNA5000A and SNA6000A up to 26.5 GHz.
Handheld or benchtop?
The SHN900A is a rugged handheld for installation, field service and antenna/cable test. The benchtop SNA series offers the highest dynamic range, large touch displays and full automation for the lab and production.
Which model has the best performance?
The SNA6000A is the flagship, with 135 dB dynamic range and the lowest trace noise, available in 2- and 4-port versions up to 26.5 GHz.
Are calibration certificates available?
Yes. Every unit ships with a factory ISO calibration certificate, and we offer accredited ISO/DKD (DAkkS) calibration and recalibration on request — see our calibration services.
