SSG6082A-V — why “V”?
Alongside the analog microwave models, the SSG6082A-V is a dedicated vector signal generator. The “V” means an internal I/Q baseband engine is fitted, so it generates digitally-modulated and wideband signals directly — ideal for 5G sub-6, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and radar waveforms without an external arbitrary waveform generator.

The “V” stands for Vector — an internal wideband I/Q baseband generator is built in, so the instrument produces digitally-modulated and complex waveforms in one box, with no external AWG.
- 500 MHz internal RF bandwidth
Up to 500 MHz of internal modulation bandwidth (I + Q) covers wideband 5G, Wi-Fi, radar chirps and custom waveforms straight from the generator.
- Microwave purity, to 8 GHz
