SSA3000X-R
Five software options for the SSA3032X-R, SSA3050X-R and SSA3075X-R, each activated with a key against your instrument’s serial number — nothing to fit and nothing to return. The vector network analyser and distance-to-fault modes are already standard, so this page also lists what they need: the calibration kits, plus the probes, adaptors and mounting hardware Siglent lists for the series.

Real-time analysis and measurements
Every SSA3000X-R captures 25 MHz in real time as standard. SSA3000XR-RT40 takes that to 40 MHz with a 100 % probability of intercept down to 7.20 µs — and because digital modulation analysis uses the real-time bandwidth, it widens SSA3000XR-WDMA to 40 MHz as well. SSA3000XR-AMK adds channel power, ACPR, occupied bandwidth, time-domain power, carrier-to-noise, harmonics to the 10th and TOI, plus a spectrum monitor. SSA3000XR-EMI adds the CISPR 16-1-1 filters (200 Hz, 9 kHz, 120 kHz, 1 MHz), peak, average and quasi-peak detectors and EN 550xx / FCC Part 15 limit lines — for pre-compliance, not certification.

Modulation analysis
SSA3000XR-AMA covers AM and FM — there is no PM on this series. SSA3000XR-WDMA covers ASK, FSK, MSK, PSK, DPSK and QAM to 256 at up to 25 Msps; recordings can be played back in the EasyVSA software.

VNA calibration kits
The VNA (vector S11/S21) and distance-to-fault modes are standard on every SSA3000X-R, and a calibration kit is what makes their results trustworthy. ⚠ The 4.5 GHz kits cover the full range of the SSA3032X-R only. For the SSA3050X-R (5 GHz) and SSA3075X-R (7.5 GHz), the 9 GHz kits calibrate the whole band. Choose N-type or 3.5 mm (SMA-compatible), and the gender that mates with the end of your test cable — or the TS sets, which hold both genders for less than two separate kits.
