16-channel logic probe hardware for the entry and mid-range four-channel oscilloscopes.
Wireless module with activation licence — network access without a cable to the bench.
Activates the built-in function and arbitrary waveform generator inside the oscilloscope.
Serial decoding for the standard bus set — I²C, SPI, UART/RS-232, CAN and LIN.
Prices are per license and may exclude VAT; confirmed at checkout. Some options require a compatible firmware version or hardware (e.g. a logic probe for MSO) — see each product. Software licenses & activation keys are delivered electronically and are excluded from the 14-day EU return right once the key has been issued. Errors & omissions excepted.
