SNA6000A
Seven options for the SNA6000A — six software keys and one plug-in reference — for all eight models from the 2-port 13.5 GHz SNA6022A to the 4-port 26.5 GHz SNA6134A with direct receiver access. They add time-domain and signal-integrity analysis, spectrum analysis, mixer, pulsed and material measurements, and an OCXO reference. Time-domain and signal integrity
SNA6000-TDA adds the time-domain transform and gating. SNA6000-TDR builds a complete signal-integrity suite on top — impedance versus time, eye diagrams with jitter and equalisation, and Hot TDR — with a minimum step rise time of 33.1 ps (13.5 GHz models) or 16.9 ps (26.5 GHz models). Buy SNA6000-TDR and SNA6000-TDA is included free.

Measurement applications and reference
Four measurement modes beyond S-parameters, and a better timebase. ⚠ SNA6000-MT needs the KWR42A waveguide kit (18–26.5 GHz), so it is for the 26.5 GHz models. SNA6000-HPR is not a licence but a plug-in OCXO module for the rear slot, installed by the user: ±1 ppb stability over 0–40 °C instead of ±1 ppm.
Spectrum analysis on the VNA receivers — harmonics and spurs on the same connection as the S-parameters.
Scalar mixer and converter measurements — conversion gain or loss where input and output frequencies differ.
Pulsed S-parameters and pulse profiles for devices that cannot run on a CW signal.
Permittivity and permeability of material samples in a waveguide holder — requires the KWR42A kit.
High-performance OCXO reference: ±1 ppb stability instead of ±1 ppm. Rear plug-in module.
Calibration
Every SNA6000A result is only as good as its calibration. These modules and kits cover the full frequency range: 13.5 GHz models with the SEM5022A/SEM5024A or F505TS, 26.5 GHz models with the SEM5032A/SEM5034A or the F606 and Y606 kits. Probes and accessories
Physical items, not licence keys — the normal 14-day EU return right applies. The TDR probes pair with SNA6000-TDR: 18 GHz probes for the 13.5 GHz models, 26.5 GHz probes for the 26.5 GHz models. For more than four ports, the SNA6000A firmware controls Siglent’s SSM5000A switch matrices directly — an SNA6134A with an SSM5144A works as a 24-port analyser.
