Siglent SPD1000X Series
A compact, high-precision single-output linear bench supply. 1 mV / 1 mA resolution, very low ≤350 µVrms noise, 4-wire remote sense and a 2.8" colour waveform display — in two models, up to 30 V or up to 8 A.
Small footprint, serious precision
When you need one clean, accurate rail rather than several, the SPD1000X is built for it. A single high-precision output sets and reads to 1 mV / 1 mA, and the linear design keeps ripple and noise down to ≤ 350 µVrms — the kind of clean supply sensitive analog, audio and RF circuits need.
A 4-wire remote-sense mode compensates for voltage dropped in the leads (up to 1 V), so the set voltage actually reaches your load. The 2.8" colour display charts voltage and current in real time, panel timing runs automated steps, and USB + LAN with SCPI, EasyPower and a LabVIEW driver make it easy to automate. Choose 30 V/5 A or 16 V/8 A.
Precision where it counts

Ultra-low noise & live waveform
Linear regulation delivers ≤ 350 µVrms ripple and a < 50 µs transient response. The 2.8" colour display charts voltage and current over time so you can see how a load behaves.

4-wire remote sense
Switch to 4-wire mode and the supply measures voltage at the load through separate sense leads, compensating up to 1 V of lead drop — accurate sourcing even over long or high-resistance connections.
Panel timing output
Program timed voltage/current steps from the front panel for simple automated profiles.
5 memory presets
Save and recall up to 5 sets of settings for fast, repeatable test setups.
USB + LAN automation
Control from a PC with SCPI, the free EasyPower software and a LabVIEW driver.
Two models — pick voltage or current
Identical precision, noise and features; they differ only in the output rating.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the SPD1305X and SPD1168X?
Only the output rating. The SPD1305X delivers 0–30 V / 0–5 A (150 W); the SPD1168X delivers 0–16 V / 0–8 A (128 W). Everything else — 1 mV/1 mA resolution, low noise, 4-wire sense, 2.8" display and interfaces — is identical.
What is 4-wire (remote) sense and why does it matter?
In 4-wire mode the supply uses separate sense leads to measure the voltage directly at your load and compensates for voltage dropped in the test leads or connectors — up to 1 V. That keeps the voltage accurate even with long cables or high-current connections.
How low is the output noise?
Very low: ≤ 350 µVrms (3 mVpp) ripple and noise in constant-voltage mode. Combined with the linear design, that makes the SPD1000X well suited to sensitive analog, audio and RF circuits.
It's a single-output supply — what if I need more channels?
The SPD1000X has one high-precision output. If you need several rails at once, look at the 3-channel SPD3303 series or the 4-channel SPD4000X series.
How do I control it from a PC?
Both models have USB and LAN. They support the SCPI command set, the free EasyPower software and a LabVIEW driver for logging and automated test.
What resolution and accuracy can I expect?
The SPD1000X sets and reads back to 1 mV / 1 mA, with ±(0.03% + 10 mV) voltage and ±(0.3% + 10 mA) current accuracy — high precision for a compact bench supply.
