SDG1000X Plus Series
A feature-packed dual-channel generator with up to 60 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s sampling and 16-bit resolution. TrueArb and EasyPulse deliver high-fidelity, low-jitter signals — with sequence playback, multi-pulse, PRBS and built-in web control in an affordable package.
Overview
The SDG1000X Plus series is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator that packs high-end features into an entry-level price. With up to 60 MHz bandwidth, a 1 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution, it reconstructs waveforms accurately with low distortion.
Built on DDS and enhanced with Siglent's TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies, it overcomes the jitter and distortion limits of traditional DDS — TrueArb plays arbitrary waveforms point-by-point, and EasyPulse delivers low-jitter square and pulse waveforms with fine width and edge control. A 20 Vpp output rounds out a versatile bench instrument.
Beyond the basics it adds sequence playback, multi-pulse output (up to 30 pulses for power-device testing), PRBS pattern generation to 40 Mbps, waveform combining and a built-in web server for remote control — capabilities usually found only on higher-end generators.
Two models share identical performance and differ only in bandwidth: the SDG1032X Plus (30 MHz) and SDG1062X Plus (60 MHz).
As the official Siglent distributor for Europe, we hold the SDG1000X Plus in EU stock and back every unit with local warranty, optional ISO/DKD calibration and expert application support.

1 GSa/s · 16-bit
High sample rate and resolution for accurate, low-distortion waveforms.
20 Vpp output
Large 20 Vpp amplitude (HiZ) drives demanding loads directly.
TrueArb & EasyPulse
Point-by-point arbitrary playback and low-jitter square/pulse output.
Sequence & multi-pulse
Sequence playback plus up to 30-pulse output for power-device test.
PRBS & web control
PRBS to 40 Mbps and a built-in web server for browser-based control.
Core capabilities
TrueArb & EasyPulse
Point-by-point arbitrary playback (24 pts–8 Mpts, 1 µSa/s–250 MSa/s) that never skips a point, plus low-jitter square/pulse output with pulse widths down to 19.4 ns and independently adjustable rise/fall edges from 10 ns.
Sequence & multi-pulse
Sequence playback with up to 8 Mpts/ch and continuous, step and burst run modes, plus dual/multi-pulse output (up to 30 pulses) for measuring the switching parameters of power devices.
PRBS, modulation & sweep
PRBS3–PRBS32 patterns to 40 Mbps with TTL/LVCMOS/LVPECL/LVDS presets and differential output, AM/DSB-AM/FM/PM/ASK/FSK/PSK/PWM modulation, waveform combining, harmonics to the 16th order, plus sweep and burst.
Frequency counter & web control
A built-in 0.1 Hz–200 MHz frequency counter (frequency, period, pulse width, duty cycle), plus a built-in web server for full remote control from any browser.
Control it from any browser
Every SDG1000X Plus includes a built-in web server. Just point a browser on the same network at the instrument's IP address — no software to install — and you get a full remote front panel to set up channels, run waveforms, take screenshots and update firmware from your desk.
- Remote front-panel control over LAN — no drivers required
- LAN configuration, live screenshots and firmware update
- Full SCPI command set over USBTMC and LAN (VXI-11)
