Overview

The SDG6000X series is a high-end, dual-channel pulse/arbitrary waveform generator. With up to 500 MHz bandwidth, a 2.4 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution, it produces clean, detailed signals across a wide range of applications.

Siglent's TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies overcome the jitter and distortion limits of traditional DDS designs — TrueArb plays arbitrary waveforms point-by-point, and EasyPulse delivers low-jitter pulses down to 3.3 ns wide with 1 ns edges. A 20 Vpp output with 80 dB dynamic range makes it a cost-effective replacement for RF signal generators below 500 MHz.

Three models share identical performance and differ only in bandwidth: the SDG6022X (200 MHz), SDG6032X (350 MHz) and SDG6052X (500 MHz). Optional IQ/vector signal generation adds ASK, FSK, PSK and QAM for communications work.

From general R&D and digital/communications testing to serial-bus, education and production use, the SDG6000X delivers high-fidelity, low-jitter signals from a single dual-channel instrument.

As the official Siglent distributor for Europe, we hold the SDG6000X in EU stock and back every unit with local warranty, optional ISO/DKD calibration and expert application support.
