The Siglent SDS2104X Plus brings four analog channels to the 100 MHz general-purpose bench — the practical choice when one capture has to show a power rail, a clock and a couple of control or bus lines at once, rather than two signals at a time. Four channels let you correlate timing and cause-and-effect across a whole subsystem, while a 500,000 wfm/s capture rate, up to 200 Mpts of memory and a 10-bit enhanced-resolution mode keep those captures deep, responsive and clean.
SDS2104X Plus — 100 MHz, 4 channels
The SDS2104X Plus is the 100 MHz, 4-channel model of Siglent’s third-generation SDS2000X Plus series — a feature-rich, general-purpose oscilloscope with a deep toolset at a real-world bench budget. An 8-bit front end with a 10-bit enhanced-resolution mode keeps low-level measurements clean, and Siglent’s SPO technology gives a fast, detailed display.
Performance backs it up: 2 GSa/s sampling, up to 200 Mpts of memory and a 500,000 wfm/s capture rate, on a 10.1" capacitive multi-touch display. Built-in Bode plot, an optional power-analysis package, a 16-channel MSO and a 50 MHz generator make it a complete bench — and its bandwidth is license-upgradable to 200 MHz, so the instrument grows with your work.

Bode plot
Drive the built-in generator or any Siglent SDG and plot gain and phase versus frequency — power-supply loop response and filter characterisation on the instrument.

Power analysis
Optional power-analysis software measures switching loss, harmonics, ripple, modulation and slew rate for switching supplies and power devices.

Mixed-signal (MSO)
Add the SPL2016 Plus 16-channel logic probe to view and decode 16 digital channels alongside the analog inputs.

Built-in 50 MHz AWG
An optional 50 MHz arbitrary/function generator licence turns the scope into a stimulus-and-measure bench in one box.

Serial decode
Trigger and decode I²C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN as standard — with colour-coded bus overlays and list view. CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S and 1553B add on.
