Overview

The SDG3000X series is a high-performance, dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator. With up to 200 MHz bandwidth, a 1.2 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution, it produces clean, detailed signals across a wide range of applications.

Built on DDS and enhanced with Siglent's TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies, it overcomes the jitter and distortion limits of traditional DDS — TrueArb plays arbitrary waveforms point-by-point, and EasyPulse delivers low-jitter pulses with fine width and edge control. A 20 Vpp output, sequence playback and dual/multi-pulse round out a versatile bench instrument.

Three models share identical performance and differ only in bandwidth: the SDG3082X (80 MHz), SDG3162X (160 MHz) and SDG3202X (200 MHz). Optional IQ/vector, Multi-Tone & Chirp and a 40 Mpts memory upgrade extend it further.

From R&D and education to power-device characterization (dual/multi-pulse), communications and digital testing (PRBS, IQ), the SDG3000X delivers high-fidelity, low-jitter signals from a single dual-channel instrument.

As the official Siglent distributor for Europe, we hold the SDG3000X in EU stock and back every unit with local warranty, optional ISO/DKD calibration and expert application support.
