Siglent spare parts
Mainboards, acquisition and RF boards, power supply modules, displays, keyboards and transformers — the assemblies inside the instrument, ordered through the official channel with the factory part number.
Pick your instrument, pick the part, and tell us what it is doing. We check stock and lead time with the factory and reply with the confirmed price and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you have seen the real figures.
- Genuine parts, factory part numbers
- Indicative price shown before you ask
- Confirmed price, lead time and payment link by email
- Answered within one working day
How it works
Four steps, and the order of the first two matters more than it looks.
Find your instrument
Start from the model number on the back of the instrument, not from the part. The same board is fitted to several models at different configurations, so the model is what decides which part you actually need.
Pick the part
Each model shows the assemblies that can be replaced, with the factory part number and an indicative price. Where an assembly splits into sub-boards you can order just the one that failed instead of the whole thing.
Send the request
Add the serial number and a line about what the instrument is doing. That is what lets us check you are ordering the right board before anyone pays for it.
We come back with the real numbers
We check stock and lead time with the factory and reply by email with the confirmed price, the delivery time and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you have seen all three.
Find your part
Start with the model number from the label on the back of the instrument. Prices are indicative, ex VAT, for the part alone.
The same board is fitted to several models in different configurations, so the price and the part you need both depend on which instrument it is going into. Picking the model first is the only way to get the right answer.
Request the part
We reply within one working day with the confirmed price, the lead time from the factory and a payment link. Nothing is charged before you have agreed to all three.
Before you send it
21 of the 70 part numbers in the service list carry more than one price, because the board is configured for the model it goes into. Part 1.10.10.00.168 is anywhere between €562.80 and €1,845.60 depending on the analyser it belongs to. Ordering by part number alone is how people end up with the wrong board.
Instruments get revised during their production life. The serial number lets us check the revision against the factory records before we order, which is the difference between a board that drops in and a board that goes back.
These are service parts. Most of them are ordered once or twice a year, so we do not hold them on the shelf and we will not pretend otherwise with a stock figure. What we can do is tell you the real lead time before you commit.
Send us the instrument instead. Diagnosis, parts and labour handled in one go, and you do not carry the risk of buying the wrong board. Request an RMA.
Worth reading before you order a board
None of this is small print. It is the part of buying a service assembly that catches people out.
- Prices are indicative and ex VAT. They come from the current Siglent service price list and are what you would pay for the part itself. Carriage is not in them, and neither is VAT, which is added according to the destination — EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule, the same as everywhere else on this shop. The figure in your confirmation is the one that counts.
- Lead time comes from the factory, not from us. Some assemblies sit in stock in Europe and ship in a few days. Others are built to order and take weeks. We ask before we answer rather than guessing, which is why this is a request and not a checkout button.
- Genuine Siglent service parts. Ordered through the official channel, with the factory part number on the request. JRSE B.V. is the official Siglent distributor for the European Union.
- A part carries its own warranty, not the instrument's. Fitting a new board yourself does not extend the instrument's warranty, and it can end it if the instrument is still covered. If yours is under warranty, talk to us before you open it — the repair is probably free.
- Some of these assemblies are mains-connected. Power supply modules and transformers sit on the mains side of the instrument. They are meant to be fitted by someone qualified to work on mains equipment, with the instrument unplugged and the reservoir capacitors discharged. Boards are static-sensitive; handle them earthed.
Questions we are asked
Can I just order a part number without saying which instrument I have?
You can ask, but we will come back and ask which model it is for, so it is quicker to say up front. This is not bureaucracy: the same part number is configured differently for different models and priced accordingly. One RF board in this list ranges from €562.80 to €1,845.60 depending on the analyser. Without the model we cannot quote you and we cannot order the right one.
Why is there no “add to cart”?
Because we would be taking your money before knowing whether the part is available, how long it takes, or whether it is the part you actually need. We would rather check all three, tell you, and let you decide. You get a payment link once there is something real to agree to.
How long does a reply take?
We answer the request itself within one working day. The lead time in that reply depends on the factory: European stock ships in days, a built-to-order assembly can take several weeks. We will tell you which one it is rather than let you find out.
My instrument is out of warranty and I do not know what is wrong with it.
Then buying a board is a gamble. Send it in instead — we diagnose it, quote the repair, and you decide with the fault known rather than guessed. RMA request.
Can I order a part for a model that is not in the list?
Ask. The list here is the published service catalogue and it does not cover every instrument we sell — newer families in particular are not in it yet. Tell us the model, the serial number and what has failed, and we will ask the factory what is available.
Is the touch screen sold separately?
No. On the models that have one it ships as part of the display module, which is why it shows no separate price. Order the display module and the touch panel comes with it.
Can I order the whole assembly instead of one sub-board?
Yes, and on several models that is the choice you are given. Where an assembly is split, the price of the whole is the sum of its parts, so you are not penalised for taking the complete unit — it is just more of the instrument replaced in one go, and less diagnosis needed.
Do you fit the part for me?
Not as part of this. If you want the work done, send the instrument in and we will quote parts and labour together. RMA request.
What about probes, leads, fuses and the things I can see from outside?
Those are ordinary catalogue products rather than service parts. Probes and accessories are on the accessories pages. This page is for what is inside the case.
Not sure which board has failed?
Then do not buy one on a guess. Send the instrument in and we will find the fault, quote the repair and let you decide knowing what is actually wrong. JRSE B.V. is the official Siglent distributor for the European Union.
