The SIGLENT SAP8000D is a high-performance 8 GHz differential active probe designed for precise measurements of fast, low-amplitude and high-speed signals. With its high bandwidth, low noise and very low differential input capacitance of 300 fF, the SAP8000D introduces minimal loading to the circuit under test, making it suitable for modern high-speed digital and RF-related measurement applications.

The probe uses the SIGLENT SAPBus interface, which provides power, communication and automatic probe recognition directly through compatible SIGLENT oscilloscopes. No external power supply is required. When connected to a compatible oscilloscope, such as the SDS7000A series, the instrument can automatically identify the probe model and display important probe information.

With a ÷10 attenuation ratio, ±2.5 V input dynamic range, ±12 V offset range and a 20 kΩ differential input resistance, the SAP8000D is built for demanding engineering work where signal integrity and measurement accuracy are essential.
