Siglent SP5050A 500 MHz Passive Oscilloscope Probe, 10X
Siglent SP5050A passive oscilloscope probe: 500 MHz, 10X, 12 pF, 10 MΩ, 300 V CAT II, 130 cm lead. Fits any oscilloscope.
500 MHz passive probe, 10X
The SP5050A is a 500 MHz 10X passive probe with 12 pF of tip capacitance and a 10 MΩ input — the sensible upgrade when the 100 or 200 MHz probe that came with your oscilloscope has become the limiting factor rather than the scope itself.
Rated 300 V RMS CAT II with a wide −10 to +55 °C operating range and a 130 cm lead. Compensation range is 12–22 pF, so it trims correctly against essentially any oscilloscope input. If your scope is faster than 2 GHz, take the SP3150A instead — it is specified for those front ends.

Application examples
General bench work to 500 MHz
Digital logic, clocks and switching edges where a 100 or 200 MHz probe has started rounding the corners.
Replacing a worn or damaged probe
Probes are consumables. A cracked tip or a tired compensation trimmer costs you accuracy long before it stops working outright.
A second probe for the same channel count
Most scopes ship one probe per channel; a spare set means you are never short during a four-channel measurement.
