Active probe adapter, TekProbe Level II, 4 GHz

The TPA10 lets a Tektronix TekProbe Level II active probe run on a Siglent oscilloscope. It supplies the probe’s power rails and passes its offset control through, so the probe behaves as it would on its original instrument, up to 4 GHz.

If you already own TekProbe Level II probes, this is what stops them becoming shelf ornaments when the oscilloscope is replaced. Fits the SDS5000X, SDS5000X HD and SDS6000A series.

Before you order

Check the interface level. This adapter is for TekProbe Level II. Level I and TekVPI probes use different interfaces and will not work with it. If you are unsure which your probe uses, send us the model number and we will confirm before you order.
