The SMAF-SMA-26L is a 1000 mm 50 Ω precision test cable with an SMA female connector on one end and SMA male on the other, specified to 26 GHz.
The same 26 GHz precision assembly as the SMA-SMA-26L, but with one end reversed. That single difference decides whether a setup connects or sits in a drawer waiting for an adaptor — and at 26 GHz an improvised adaptor is a genuine measurement problem, not a minor inconvenience. It is also the cable that lets you extend another SMA male lead.

What it is for
When both ends of your path are male
Two male connectors cannot mate. This cable is the answer that does not involve stacking an adaptor into a 26 GHz path.
Extending an existing lead
The female end accepts another SMA male cable, so you can lengthen a path without changing interface.
