The S18-NMSF-1M is a 1000 mm 50 Ω microwave test lead, N male on the instrument end and SMA female on the device end, specified from DC to 18 GHz.
The 18 GHz counterpart of the S06-NMSF-1M, with the same connectors and the same length. It is the cable for microwave work where the device under test brings out an SMA male — and it saves you stacking an adaptor onto a standard N-SMA lead, which at these frequencies is not a harmless thing to do. Every extra mated pair adds its own mismatch.
