The SDG6032X is a two-channel arbitrary waveform generator offering 350 MHz bandwidth, 2.4 GSa/s sampling and 16-bit resolution, with up to 20 Vpp output guaranteed to 10 MHz. Product overview
The SDG6032X is a high-performance dual-channel function / arbitrary waveform generator with up to 350 MHz bandwidth, a 2.4 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution. SIGLENT’s TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies overcome the weaknesses of DDS designs, producing high-fidelity arbitrary waveforms and precise, low-jitter pulses down to 3.3 ns.
Two identical channels deliver up to 20 Vpp (guaranteed to 10 MHz), with AM/DSB-AM/FM/PM/ASK/FSK/PSK/PWM modulation, sweep, burst, harmonics, waveform combining, wideband noise, PRBS and optional IQ/vector generation. High-frequency dual-channel output
The SDG6032X generates sine waves up to 350 MHz, and a novel output design delivers higher voltages across a broad range of frequencies — up to 20 Vpp is guaranteed to 10 MHz. Both channels are identical and high-performance, so complex two-channel stimulus keeps its amplitude and fidelity even at high frequency. A 2.4 GSa/s sample rate and 16-bit vertical resolution reconstruct every waveform with low distortion and a clean spectrum.


TrueArb, EasyPulse & precise pulses
Traditional DDS designs add jitter and distortion when sourcing arbitrary waveforms; SIGLENT’s TrueArb generates them point-by-point to minimise both and deliver high-fidelity arbitrary signals. EasyPulse produces genuinely low-jitter pulse and square waveforms, with pulse widths adjustable down to 3.3 ns in 100 ps steps at any frequency and edges as fast as 1 ns. A dedicated square-wave circuit reaches 60 MHz with jitter below 300 ps + 0.05 ppm of period.
IQ / vector signal generation
With the optional EasyIQ upgrade the SDG6000X becomes a compact vector signal source, generating ASK, FSK, PSK and QAM (to 256QAM), MSK and MultiTone with symbol rates from 250 Symb/s to 37.5 MSymb/s and carriers up to 500 MHz. Combined with wideband Gaussian noise, PRBS3–PRBS32 patterns and the internal waveform-combining function, one instrument covers a wide span of communication, digital and mixed-signal test needs.
