The Siglent SNA5022A is a 2-port vector network analyzer with a frequency range from 100 kHz to 13.5 GHz, designed for precision RF and microwave measurements. With a dynamic range up to 125 dB and fine resolution of 1 Hz frequency and 0.05 dB level, it provides accurate S-parameter, time-domain, and mixed-domain analysis for demanding applications.

Featuring a large 12.1-inch touchscreen display, advanced calibration methods (SOLT, TRL, enhanced response), and measurement functions including impedance conversion, gain compression, mixer testing, and spectrum analysis, the SNA5022A is ideal for R&D, production, and academic use. LAN, USB, SCPI, and web server support ensure seamless integration into automated test systems.

The Siglent SNA5022A 9 kHz - 13.5 GHz VNA is a effective instrument for determining the Q-factor, bandwidth and insertion loss of a filter, It features impedance conversion, movement of measurement plane, limit testing, ripple test, fixture simulation and adapter removal / insertion adjustments. The SNA5022A hase five sweep types: Linear-Frequency mode, Log-Frequency mode, Power-Sweep mode, CW-Time mode and Segment-Sweep mode. The SNA5000A series VNAs also support scattering-parameter correction of SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response and Enhanced Response for increased flexibility in R&D and manufacturing applications.
